What can I do with the downloaded content?

You can save the content directly to your device’s gallery and share your emotions with whoever you want.

How can I see the gallery of downloaded files?

To access the gallery just select the “My gallery” option from the drop-down menu.

How can I keep the contents for an unlimited time?

When the App makes upgrades, there is a high risk that the content downloaded in the App gallery will be lost. For this reason, it is important to always save digital products also in the device gallery, so that you can keep them for an unlimited time.

For how long can I download the content?

Scannable codes have a variable validity, indicated on the purchase ticket. For more information, please contact the shop.

What happens if Augmented Reality does not work?

Make sure that the product you have purchased includes the Augmented Reality service, this will be indicated on your purchase receipt. To get the Augmented Reality effect, scan the code, download the content and enjoy yourself by framing your printed photo. If you encounter any anomalies, please contact our technical support.

What can I do if the App does not work?

1) Check if your device is properly connected to an internet network.

2) Make sure that you have scanned the code correctly and that it has not expired.
